Dispose of your obsolete, unmarketable or unserviceable
electronics in an environmentally sound manner. Noranda Recycling has three
Secure, fully
permitted facilities
that specialize in processing end of life electronics.
-
The Process:
End-of-life electronics, such as PCs, printers, monitors, copiers, are received
and input into a computerized tracking system. The end-of-life commercial and
consumer electronic products are de-packaged, sorted, and disassembled to
recover valuable parts or to remove hazardous components prior to recycling.
-
Assured destruction:
A mechanical process reduces electronic products to small pieces and
automatically sorts the mixed material into separate recyclable commodity
streams. The heavy duty shredders accept materials ranging in size from palm
size devices up to photocopiers and computer server racks. Size reduction
provides complete destruction of proprietary metarial. Based upon customer
request, Noranda provides certificates of destruction and witnessed
destruction.
